Alarmony ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Alarmony stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Alarm Settings: Times, labels, repeat schedules, snooze preferences
- Sound Preferences: Selected alarm tones, music choices, podcast selections, radio stations
- App Preferences: Volume settings, gradual wake preferences
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal identification information (name, email, address)
- Location data
- Contact information
- Usage analytics or tracking data
- Device identifiers for advertising purposes
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
Apple Services
- Apple Music: If you use Apple Music for alarms, your music library access is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
- Apple Podcasts: Podcast access is managed through Apple's services
- App Store & StoreKit: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information
Internet Radio
When streaming internet radio, your device connects directly to third-party radio stream providers. We do not control or have access to any data these services may collect.
Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Alarmony Pro:
- All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store
- We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID
- Subscription management is handled entirely through your Apple ID account settings
Data Security
Since all alarm and preference data is stored locally on your device:
- Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features
- We cannot access, view, or recover your alarm settings
- If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed

You can manage these permissions in your device's Settings app.
Children's Privacy
Alarmony does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or personal data submission.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete all App data by uninstalling the App
- Manage notification and media permissions through device settings
- Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
