1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Alarmony ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Alarmony is a mobile alarm clock application that allows users to:

• Set alarms with customizable sounds
• Wake up to Apple Music songs, podcasts, or internet radio streams
• Use gradual volume features
• Subscribe to Pro features for enhanced functionality

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Pro Subscription

Alarmony offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") that provide access to premium features. Subscription options include monthly and annual plans.

3.2 Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Ensure your device volume is set appropriately for alarm functionality

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and internet radio streams. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will wake you up at the specified time under all circumstances
• Alarms will function when the device is powered off, in airplane mode, or has Do Not Disturb enabled
• Third-party content (music, podcasts, radio) will always be available

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALARM FUNCTIONALITY DEPENDS ON DEVICE SETTINGS, BATTERY LIFE, AND SYSTEM PERMISSIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED ALARMS OR FAILURE TO WAKE UP.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
